MYclosing provides Buyers with added incentives. MYclosing charges a low Loss Mitigation Fee on the Settlement Statement. Typically our Loss Mitigation Fee equals one and a half percent (1 1/2) of the purchase price with a minimum of $2,500. We pride ourselves with being a "Full Disclosure" company. All of the fees are fully disclosed on the Settlement Statement and all parties to the contract must agree on them. We do not hide fees. Short Sale Buyers are usually able to purchase a home below market value and save thousands of dollars at the settlement table. You are entering into an Agreement of Sale with the Seller, but all sales must be approved by the Short Sale (Seller's) lender. Because of this, a Short Sale does take additional time and can be an intimidating experience. We will work with your Realtor to save you the most money on your new purchase.
